Rooted in the land.
Growing for generations.
At the edge of the forest, our family is growing good food, sharing good stories, and caring for the land that has cared for us.
Where the Forest Heals and the Farm Sustains.
One piece of home.
A little bit of the good life, grown right here.
We're a family homestead in Milan, New Hampshire, where the chickens are busy, the pantry is always changing, and the forest is part of everything we do.
Come for a dozen eggs. Stay for a recipe, a book, a walk among the trees, or a glimpse of the next generation learning to love this land.

Some stories are written in the soil.
Our grandchildren are the seventh generation of our family to grow up with this land beneath their feet. The work is never just about today's harvest. It's about the memories we're making and what we leave for the ones who come next.
From farm chores with the kids to the quiet work of caring for the woods, Legacy Acres is a place where family history is still being made.
Read our family storyOur family, our place.
Seven generations of family stories aren't made in a day. They're made in the everyday moments: chores, laughter, seasons, and time spent together on the land.
Veteran-owned. Woman-owned. Family-grown.
From the Farmer Veteran Coalition and Homegrown by Heroes to Hives for Heroes and our North Country farm and forestry networks, we're proud of the communities we stand with.
There's always more to explore.
