Our flock is part of everyday life at Legacy Acres. From chickens to quail, we raise poultry on a small homestead scale with attention to care, comfort, and seasonal rhythms.
Egg availability changes naturally throughout the year. Weather, age, daylight, molting, and the general opinions of the birds all have a say.
Chicken Eggs
Our chicken eggs come from a mixed flock and may vary in size and shell color. Availability is seasonal and limited.
Quail Eggs
Coturnix quail eggs are small, speckled, and beautiful. They are great boiled, pickled, fried, or used in appetizers and special dishes.
