Thank you for shopping with Legacy Acres at Stearns Brook Farm! We’re a veteran- and woman-owned homestead in northern New Hampshire, proudly offering farm-inspired goods, handmade products, and homegrown items. Because many of our products are unique, made-to-order, or perishable, please review the following policy carefully.


1. Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or handmade items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.

During busy seasons or holidays, please allow extra time for fulfillment.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates. We currently ship within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times (after shipment):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority/Express options: 1–3 business days (where available)

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or rural delivery schedules.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our farm, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us at info@legacyacresnh.com for additional assistance.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items and packaging

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly through a replacement, refund, or store credit (as appropriate).


2. Refund and Return Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our business and the types of products we sell—especially farm goods, handmade items, and consumables—all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

We will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit only if:

  • The item was damaged during shipping,
  • The wrong product was sent, or
  • The product was defective upon arrival.

To qualify, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and a photo of the item in question.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Fresh or perishable goods (e.g., eggs, food items)
  • Digital downloads or e-tickets (e.g., forest therapy workshops)
  • Personalized, custom, or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items

3. Refund Processing

Once we’ve approved your refund, we’ll notify you by email.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider first, then contact us.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you received an incorrect or damaged product, we’ll replace it or issue a refund as described above.


5. Event and Workshop Refunds

Tickets for forest therapy sessions, workshops, or events are non-refundable, but may be transferable. If you can’t attend, please contact us as soon as possible—depending on availability, we may be able to reschedule you for a future date or offer credit toward another session.
